A free consultation 30 minute consultation is provided for all one to one Personal Training sessions, to establish your aims and plan your training sessions.

The ultimate fast and furious workout, designed to challenge your fitness levels and get fast results. A mixture of cardio and strength based exercises, to suit your needs and timeframes. Individual and group sessions available.
